they don't rush it as there is no logic to do it. It will take about 2 yeas to deal with the legal challenge so why sinking money into more exploration. Only increases the risks and diverts resources away from other projects. If SFR wins early watch them rush into development and more exploration asap.
But I get your point Africa is were the big money will be made.. or lost. Hopefully made.
