The good thing here is , With Copper Price average just around 4.22(Motheo) and $.44(Masta),
We could expect EBIDTA around US$140 to US$150M per Quarter with Motheo ramping up.
That is about A$250m EBIDTA/Quarter. I don't think the Market has realized this potential yet as
all eyes where focus on the Rapid decline on the price of Copper the past 15 days of about 15%.
Besides it was downplayed by the fact EBIDTA was released in this report as a Full Year of US$360M which
is not spectacular as the Previous Quarters where pathetic. Just a Copper price of US$4.40/lb is good enough
for SFR to double EBIDTA reaching A$1billion/Year. Achievable. A Cu Pr of US$5.00/lb. will be very good. JMO.
Goldman is Bullish on copper as per their recommendation on SFR.
