re: Ann: Sandfire Launches $50 Million Placem... IMHO - this is a great move for SFR for the following reasons.
1. Confirms that these guys are playing big bikkies. $50m isn't a small raising and shows the scale of the business.
2. Gives them enough cash to accellerate their exploration and quickly confirm more resource
3. Gives them a battle fund to play ball with the sharks.
So whilst they are battling with the sharks, they can continue to plan the mining operation and continue the exploration.
Management IMHO will be trying to confirm up another strike ASAP and will do everything they can to do so. Remember, there's noone that's got bigger upside in doing this than them.
If ALY or any of SFR's neighbours manage to hit high grade Cu strike also, then just puts more $ signs in the sharks eyes... then it's not a matter of whether there's any more, it's a matter of how many, how big, & how much the sharks are willing to pay!
Going to be an interesting few months to say the least!
