There haven't been any problems of the sort that might affect ADT since the Dayton Accord was signed at the end of 1995. That was 24 years ago - scarcely recent times.
Bosnia is sandwiched between Croatia and Serbia. Croatia is a member of the EU, so won't want to disturb the status quo. Serbia wants to be a member of the EU, so won't want to disturb the status quo.
There may be some corruption in Bosnia, but overall I reckon sovereign risk is less in Bosnia than in many other parts of the world such as Africa and parts of SE Asia and South America.
