I was scratching my head as to why the 7% upwards move on back of this Annoucement. As this was very much an expected outcome i.e baked into the price.
As you alluded to in your post - The Australian article around S32 & SFR joint bid for Khoemacau seems to be more of a catalyst. If they can find a common ground (Use S32 Balance sheet and SFR's Motheo) it could create value for SH's on both side of the table. A win win & win.
