Tending to agree to the hold side.
They can finance T3 undiluted (?) and it's value is already significantly higher than the sale price. Once the T3 underground is fed in the value will be MUCH higher. Then there is the significant exploration value which isn't even priced in. So I'd think the SFR share price goes higher and divies will come a lot quicker than if MOD had tried to finance it with debt and equity.
