Ann: Sandfire to Acquire MOD Resources - Investor Presentation, page-43

I fail to see what the excitement is all about seeing that one can sell on market atm for @ 43/43-5 , meaning 45c ps cash from SFR doesn't really excite me ...and considering the lack of any real news from MOD over the past months which could have bounced the SP up 10-20 cents ps ( don't forget the sp has already been in the 50's ) I'm cynically wondering if this has just been another deal done by the boys in the ' dunny ' ( for want of a better way of putting it ) . Bring on another suiter I say !
