re: Ann: MAK: Sandpiper Feasibility Inclusion... It's an off market bid. My memory is a bit hazy on this but i think that prevents them from acting on market at all during the period of the takeover without changing the terms of the offer?
Not to say someone mightn't do it surreptitiously for them but the loyalty required would be enormous. They would have to put up $300k to get that parcel but the offer based on MAK 's current price would be worth $216k - that's a lot of risk to help out a mate.
