MDI has no scope to improve its own resource, they drilled their best targets, what they have is all they are gonna have and a few spec from the gap between Shillington and the ridge will not amount to much.

They need third party deposits and only now management find someone who 'wants' to talk, what the hell have they been doing all this time?

There is no revenue, there will be no financing for this project. Who in their right mind would participate in a cap raise to keep it ticking over in the hopes that a few third party deposits just might maybe possibly somehow eek the project into being sufficiently profitable as to find an investor. Nothing but cash burn with no likely return on the horizon
