Close to $60m (make sure to read the whole document) to refurb the plant and then upgrade it by 50% (to 750ktpa), simply is not going to happen.
Perhaps if the POG was $3500+ AUD, then who knows... maybe AME would be more open to doing a deal, but...
the plant is still going to be small (and less cost effective etc).

I have no sentiment, as I simply struggle to believe this will ever be a mine (unless we have hyper inflation or something else equally extreme).
