I have lost respect for Keith Goode. He gets paid by AME and has always been biased. As an expert, he should know better, and I suspect he does which makes it worse. There’s no need to read the ‘fine print’. The FS never had anything to do with the ug resources. Anyone with even a passing interest in MDI knew there was no proposal to mine the ug resources and the PFS, subsequent drilling and FS were solely about recommissioning the plant based on the open pit resources. Also, the $3,250 was used for optimisation - not economic viability - which are completely different things. It is standard practice to use a significantly higher POG for optimisation purposes. He would surely know that and is taking the piss.
