I'm still trying to work these clowns out. Surely , but obviously not, they had some type of idea of the cost of production . They have been spruiking for over a year that they would be pouring gold at the end of the year, I'm gobsmacked they could be so far off the mark.
Having said that , they should use what little brains they have and realise that long term gold price will eventually always go up . I was being physical gold when it was $300 an ounce , now its $2300 an ounce .
if they can go into debt first to actually get up and running then eventually they would turn profitabel. Theres freaking a couple of billion dollars resource there .
If they wait for higher gold price then the revamp through natural inflation will also be higher and they'll just be chasing tall.
An example is like trying to save all the money for buying a house it will never happen because the price will go up more than what you can save so your always chasing.
if you just take the loan and start and pay it off then you'll eventually get there.
I know this is not ideal but other than that , I don't see to many options . AME and associates definitely seem to want MDI to go bust , but they don't have many options themselves. Its Ludacris
