Ann: Sandstone Mill Capability, page-2

Not sure what this announcement is trying to do. The research report mentioned in the release looks high quality to me.

If MDI is trying to dispel the issue of the milling capability then perhaps the record needs to be re-visited. The mill historically was a soft rock mill. It treated low volumes of hard ore with the assistance of contract crushing. 600,000t of hard rock is a fantasy given the configuration and age of property plant equipment.

Obviously with a pile of cash and some time, it could be upgraded but is it worth doing so is the question?

Ordinarily one would have expected MDI to be in the box seat to treat the AME ores (mining lease applications are in).

However MDI has no operating mill, and others in the region (yes trucking is involved) do.

So, if MDI wanted to be serious contenders for a toll treat, it might be logical to get cracking and restore the mill.

Are MDI in the mix to toll treat AME ores? They don't put anything in print. Or are they simply talking a lot about it? Do they have the cash to do so? Do they have ore reserves to support such expenditure?

Frankly if there was a mill on the doorstep and it was operating......Be a win win for everyone??

    Disclosure. AME holder.
