Investors will need the PFS for a more secure investment decision - for my own personal decision I am satisfied, from what I have seen over the past year, that a very long and adequate mine life at (maybe) 4x the current stated production rate is achievable.
Increasing production will reduce the per tonne CAPEX, by common use of infrastructure.
The downside for all REE producers is the processing of monazite to the constituent rare earths metals - but AHK's big advantage is the economy of scale and simplicity in producing the monazite in the first place. So, we just bag it, truck it and sell it fob.
If you want REEs then IMO, Ben is your man.
