I read it, interpreted it slightly differently. Definitely agree the word "conditional" was ubiquitously used but.....even so..... 2 out of 3 banks have reached internal credit approval and I presume shareholder approval will be successful based on top 20 shareholder structure. So why not have a board meeting and say...hey we're going to give it our FID approval....... But then with knife carefully inserted say........c'mon WPL, your the operator, we're just waiting for you to FID. By the way we had a lovely time with the Senegalese delegation. We gave them a koala... how about you? My two bobs worth anyway. Merry Xmas all.
