Just been rereading the Ann and am guessing that the ICC has issued a notice to all parties that the draft award has been approved and a hearing date has been set. Not sure why FAR have not told us this date but say they will inform shareholders when they receive it .....?
So if a notice has been received, there will be a notice period, 7 days 14 days. The ICC rules only state reasonable notice so as the parties are Australian based what is reasonable 14 days? Only guessing
So even with the Ann this week we could be another week and a half before we get the news on arbitration
The 6 week debate this morning was started by me, 6 weeks gets us to the end of Feb as CN stated by Jan/Feb so expected the results at the latest end of Feb but my statement of 6 weeks was made before the Ann
