one could say COP sort sound legal advice when they structured the deal,by offering Far it's PE rights.
Its just a pity Far didn't do the same, because now we hear from Far that the JOA is old and loose, right up COPs legal teams alley,one might say.
Far should have just agreed to PE inside 30 days.
Of course that was not possible at the time with no money or backer.
so,the result should be the same as DJ and Far missing the Farm in deadline.
Same Folly and same legal advice, just play silly buggers and miss out.
