Yes Whiskey just speculation unfortunately.
However it is fair to assume that at this stage the parties will have a good idea which way the ICC is likely to fall.
The ICC normally prefer and In fact actively encourage the parties to agree settlement, this then renders the final ICC ruling unnecessary. If this is the case the parties may well have been given a cooling off period, in order to negotiate a resolution to their differences if this is in fact their intent.
Either way the clock is ticking and the waiting time gets shorter and shorter. No pun intended.
