Yes, I think most arbitration panels prefer the parties to reach agreement. I thought it was interesting when someone (i forget who) reported from the GM that FAR had been asked what amount they would take in settlement. For them to ask this question this late in the game makes me hope for a positive result. I've always thought FAR were 60/40 but maybe now 70/30. Which is still the chance of a loss and I guess we'll find out soon enough.
Like ZTH I bought some more recently to bring my average down but have some $$$ in reserve in the case of a PE loss.
