Maybe....depressing comment if you're right though and if you think there is upside to shorting at 4.2c. Some agree as shorts have increased by 50% in recent months but still well below levels we've seen in last few years.
WPL have their fair share of challenges with project issues on a number of fronts.
At least they operate a diversified portfolio but I'm not bullish on them or LNG market.
