so to close this sort of deal, FAR must have:

1. the amount of cash that the default notice was issued, in the bank - otherwise - the event cant be rectified, and they have "nil" to sell
2. a potential buyer ......
3. a timeline - 3-4 weeks to close, so approx. 2 months to conduct DD, and organise the paperwork, plus closing period......

in short - if no announc re sale inside of 7-8 weeks - then FAR is worth zero ............



ball is now firmly in managements court ........no pun intended......
