Sorry, how is Meridian or AG supposed to "clean up" and get the asset for almost nil consideration? Once Co handed to administrators everyone loses, major shareholders included, administrator will hand it to highest bidder. Unless of course there are no bidders and oil is $20 pb in 6 months time
