    All they have done is buy more time at shareholders expense. Kicking the can down the road is not a solution and I would argue that selling down a stake whilst the owner of that stake is in default you will only be attracting sharks. Far will be approaching parties from a position of weakness and WPL will be lurking on the sidelines
