You people should be looking for solutions instead of crying over spilt milk.
Mine is to approach Lukoil, Petrosen, Cairn and Woody with a “Take part of our equity in exchange for a carry on what you don’t take”. No data rooms required coz they all know the details. Simple questions. Are you interested and how much do you want to take.
What have you got to lose?
