i think you will find the the pe notice in relation to the Cop working interest,
a legal requirement according to the JOA.
What wasn't a legal requirement, was providing details of the 100% share sale of Cop Senegal BV as detailed in the psc and oil code.
Cop arranged the details of the deal,not Wpl.
Hence, PC's comment,Cop have chosen a different path and it's up to them to deliver.
Which they did.
