DB...still banging on about 3billion CAPEX and the huge OPEX with expensive lease costs thrown in. Difference in npv between the alternates was always insignificant. CAPEX approach was selected when fpso companies started to get cold feet about offerings lease agreement to the likes of Cairn and Far. Woody called it right. Nice fall today. Sub 1c this week?
