NOCs....no they’re cash-strapped. Hedgies and speculators....no coz risk reward doesn’t fit. The only company I can think of is Lukoil. They want to be iin country and to learn from Woody. They might make an offer at less than they offered Cairn. Say $50million TIOLI. That will force Woody to pay 50 million for something they were gonna get for nowt. Lukoil might like that. But most likely outcome is no takers followed by default. Wordy will then come after em for back costs as well as shares. Yer 60 million in the bank is at risk too.
