What kind of news is this? Have not been following RFR for some time, but this is just over the top for what was until recently the flagship project. For how long has ST known this was going to happen? Likely the reason for earlier refocus on Canada. Just googling, it seems greenies have been after this for a long time.
In London Mining Network’s website, it says ‘Dozens of NGOs have demanded that the mining tenements be declared expired, and an administrative procedure is underway that could force Pivotal Metals to lose its mining rights but still have to pay restoration costs, which will likely be several millions of euros more that the current guarantee. Pivotal Metals has kept its investors in the dark regarding its liabilities, and also about the activities of EuroBattery Minerals within its tenements.’ https://londonminingnetwork.org/2022/11/pivotal-metals-a-k-a-rafaella-resources-briefing/
Does anyone understand what’s going on with EuroBattery Minerals?
BTW the new Pivotal Metals website does no longer mention any dates for production in Santa Comba https://pivotalmetals.com/santa-comba-tungsten-and-tin-project/
