There are yes but most are large internationals &/or get development approval by Spanish domiciled companies. It's not dissimilar in Argentina & Indonesia for that matter. The small 'outsiders' often get put through the wringer.
RFR's market cap I agree does not reflect in any way on its project suite but as I said above if you can't facilitate development in a timely & cost effective manner there's not much use having them. If RFR can get approvals this will pay handsomely for sure. If they can't we're going nowhere which has been the case. With that in mind I'm a holder for now but I need to see movement on the regulatory front of which there's been little & I suspect any price movement will come with announcements with the Canadian assets first. Here's hoping
