    I was told the plant was authorized in 2011 and built in 2012 at a cost of almost 1M euros. The pic is still on our website and you can see it was not built in 1950s. It was never used, so to be sold as scrap just seemed odd. But if the plan was to take the precon to San Finx then it can make sense.
