Stuff dividends and paying tax as no franking. Give cash back as a capital return - tax free!!!
If tehy can't give it to us franked the I woudl rather see it in buybacks or getting a big IRR being reinvested. If you personally want a 20c unfranked dividend just see xxx shares that gives you that result and costs you $10 in brokerage. You can pay yourself as larg a dividend as you want and the way STO swings in a range you probably won't have cap gains tax anyway.
