You would think that CVN would see its share price boom after this announcement by santos….so Santos will have a 80% stake in Dorado,,, there are a few questions here.....better to buy the majority stake than the minority.….hence the share price dump today on open......saying that CVN saying why not me....right? well...lets see how this plays out, because if the find is good...santos thinks 80% of something than 20%, so they left CVN out....and with 80% you have a controlling interest as well as 80% of the cost...so it is a win win for CVN holders as I am sure that santos will want to get this oil out of the ground quick and fast...I would expect santos to start accumulating stock in CVN on the market...so expect price manipulation where by they would want the share price of CVN to go down not up...look for cappers on the sell side push the price down
