On last Friday closing, OSH SP is $3.73 while WPL SP is 6.06. As OSH shareholders will receive 0.6275 new STO shares for each of their shares under the deal, there is a nearly 2% gap between these two stocks. If someone wants to buy in respect to the future prospect of STO, OSH will be the obvious choice. I have bought 40K worth of OSH shares and shall patiently wait for these two stocks to merge together.
