The dividend payout ratio should be increasing by previous announcement as debt level get towards the target range of 15%. It should get there by the end of first half or a sale of PNG stake. They really need to start releasing more funds to shareholders to make this share a more attractive investment to retail shareholders. Just look at the contrast in valuation between woodside.
