In respect of return to shareholders. I am annoyed by KG in that respect. The buyback has been a disaster from my perspective. It just didn't do a thing to help the share price and with this lengthy blackout period, is just appalling in timing when you look at where the SP is at the moment. I know that he favour buyback as a defensive mechanism to serve self interest so I am not overly impressed from that perspective. He needs to know that he serves the interest of shareholders and cant expect us to continue to endorse his remuneration recommendation if shareholders are getting burned in what it should be a very prosperous period for the company
