It's impossible to change the whole world into electric or convert all cars into electric by 2021, once this covid-19 goes away we will see a huge spike in oil and gas prices. Oxford University has given some good news about covid-19 vaccine. Just news about approval of a successful vaccine will make stock markets bounce back hard.
