Honestly mate.. REALLY. 75%,of the world population live with poverty. Are they going to buy electriac cars. Their govts likewise lack the funds to build huge solar arrays or windfarms and rely on coal or gas fired generation. Oil is tha basic commodity that will be needed to kick start their economy.I rread a report that claimed oil use would increase year on year for the next 30 years.
