This announcement is typical of KAR and their shoddy approach to investor relations. The announcement is listed as price sensitive and dated today yet in the annual report (released today but inevitably compiled some time in advance) on page 106 note 31 states under the 'following material events have occurred since 30 June 2015':
'During August KAR received the revised PAD plan...'
Why KAR if you received this in August, and it is material and price sensitive, was it not communicated to SH until 8/9/15?
