It seems the shorters always have the upper hand and can almost always predict the future. There tentacles must stretch to most boardrooms and all I can guess is there are big backhanders going on. They would have made a motza on this play and I have seen the same crystal ball shorting in other stocks. When management swear blind a CR is not coming and portray a certain thing won't happen but the shorters stay seemingly against all odds, chances are they already know what's going to happen and retail get screwed. The rich get richer, buyer beware.
