Well if we accepted the offer we would have received 6.88 a share, now if I sell my shares I will receive 4.3, and to not get diluted I have to fork out 3.85 per entitlement, so its not comparing it to Scepters offer, its am I better off, because management says this CR is what will be better for me. By my calculations management was not truthful to me as a shareholder
