Yep this is a real stuff up. Theoretical ex.rights price $5.15 and the shares are heavily selling at $4.32. If I was management and a board member I would simply resign as this is a total stuff up. How can we go from $6.55 a week ago to $4.32 and be putting more money into this company.
The Chairman and board should be embarrassed about their appalling performance...incompetent.
The cap raising was far to large and way to discounted. They should have sold part of the PNG LNG asset. Along with a strategic stake to a PE group. A 1:1.7 issue was totally unnecessary
