That was the whole issue with the Board. Self preservation.
And we smucks are paying for it now. And we will pay for it with reduced future dividends.
And we will be paying when they will settle on a class action against the company.
On the other hand, you can bet that the Board will award themselves rights etc at $3.85 and collect in the future.
