Yep, so all options are on the table & a CR is possibly one of them, but only one of many options being considered. Asset sales I would say are fairly assured & a structured finance transaction could include a convertible or something of that nature. So its probably more unlikely that a CR than the other 3 or four options being considered which wouldn't result in dilution, or not initially at least anyway.
Announce a decent asset sale, raising $2Bln or so & then if need be raise a billion off the SP spike.
Why play into the hands of 100 million short shares?
They are playing a game, but STO actually have the cards and can call their bluff.
