20% discount based on what? A broker report?
STO is a prime example of building a white elephant on debt in a boom market. We are all suffering for it.
Maybe another write down is about happen after readjusting long term oil forecasts? They were using high oil assumptions for that giant lemon they built. Regardless at the current POO they couldn't pay back their debts.
As I've said before my family lost $100ks on this lemon. Still hold some too (regrettably). I'm sad to see this go down.
