    I am no saying you are wrong here, yet I think the Australian government calculus was something like - if Alice-Moomba is built, Tennant Creek To Mt Isa would never happen.  By going TC-MI first, both will get built. 


    If Santos' prediction of multi-TCF (their call, not CTP's) proves right, Alice to Moomba will be under construction very quickly.


    Meanwhile, a quick ~100k pipe would mean any early Southern Amadeus gas can go up the NT pipeline.
