OSH doing it as exclusive access to data room?. Why. If there is a better offer or even something binding from another party they have put a hurdle in place. FFS OSH it drags it out for shareholder. It;s like OSH is laying down IMO. Not good enough. OSH has had knowledge of possible offer interest for 6 months so them and STO shoudl have data rooms quickly sorted an d1 month seems excessive after 6 months.
