More like using the Corona Virus economic fallout coupled with a very low oil price to drive as many small producers out of the market. So short term pain for long term oil price gain. Russia is probably thinking the same although both Russia and the Saudi's are making out that the two of them are having an arm wrestle over to cut or not to cut production. I'm in ORG and WPL and probably about to grab a few Santos.
