She got done twice for the same thing, one for WPL shares when they bought the BHP assets for script (she didn't declare those but got away with it). Then there was the S32 shares that again she didn't declare, after the she had a chance to come clean. They were both a few thousand $$$ worth, so I wouldn't think would have swayed her decisions, but it came down to integrity apparently.
