Nah - maybe an offer late Jan or early Feb at the earliest.
The deal got leaked way before it was meant to, so a lot of the normal offer work still needs to be done. No chance of getting that done over the next few weeks, particularly with Xmas and the January holidays. Just from a regulatory perspective you've got about 10 different jurisdictions to consider, and either seek legal opinions from or get a ruling from the regulatory body, that type of stuff takes time.
