Based on the recent change in narrative from former hardliners Saudi coupled with the working group between Russia and Saudi i think it is not a case of IF but WHEN. My money is on June 2016 meeting given a lot of higher priced producers have been shielded by way of hedging - but I wouldn't be surprised if we got a "narrative" carrot after tomorrow's OPEC meeting to put a floor under the price of oil. Here's hoping anyway.
